The following patches are used by the DeKalb County Department of Public Safety.

Public Safety, 57k
This Public Safety patch is worn across the back of jackets of Public Safety Employees that arent assigned to one of the below Bureaus.

Police, 67k
This patch is worn across the back of the inclimate weather suit and on some jackets.

DeKalb Police, 45k
This patch is the standard uniform patch of the DeKalb County Police Services department. It is worn on the short sleeve and long sleeve shirts as well as uniform jackets.

DeKalb Police medium sized, 29k
This patch is the new summer uniform shirt patch. The patch is about 2/3 the size of the above uniform shirt patch.

DeKalb Police small sized, 19k
This is the DeKalb Police cap patch. This cap is now reserved for recruit training.

Master Police Officer patch, 28k
This patch is the rank patch worn by the Master Patrol Officer, just below Sargeant. The patch is worn on both sleeves below the Uniform Shirt patch.

Patrolmans badge patch, 39k
This badge patch is a uniform patrolman badge that is worn on the summer uniform as well as tactical uniforms, such as S.W.A.T.

Supervisors badge patch, 29k
This badge patch is a uniform supervisor badge that is worn in the same manor as the above badge patch.

Old S.W.A.T. Unit, 65k
This is the old low visibility S.W.A.T. patch. This patch is worn on the tactical S.W.A.T. uniform.

New S.W.A.T.,49k
This the new S.W.A.T. patch being worn. The patch has the S.W.A.T. name built in on a rocker.

Narcotics #1,52k
Narcotics #2,78k
These patches are two of the patches worn by Narcotics detectives amd Drug Strike force units.

Fire Services, 47k
This the Fire Services Jacket patch.

Fire Services jacket patch, 30k
This patch is worn on the Fire Services uniform shirts.

Fire Services hat patch, 22k
This is the Fire Services cap patch.

Hazardous Materials team, 54k
This patch was formerly worn by the HAZMAT 24 team. The unit was moved to station 19 and a new patch is in the making.

Fire Communications, 31k
This patch was used by personnel working for the Fire Services Communications Division. This patch is no longer in service.

Fire Services Paramedic jacket patch, 46k
This patch was formerly worn by Fire Services Paramedics on the uniform jacket.

Fire Services Paramedic shirt patch, 30k
This was the Fire Services Paramedic uniform shirt patch.

E.M.S., 44k
This patch is worn by the DeKalb County Emergency Medical Services Bureau on both the uniform shirt and jacket.

E.M.S. hat patch, 19k
This is the Emergency Medical Services cap patch.

Animal Control Patch #1, 39k
Animal Control Patch #2, 42k
The two Animal Control Patches are worn on the uniform shirt, one on each sleeve.
